Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

 


 

1. Scope

·       This policy applies to all purchases of Products sold made at through our official online store at www.nafancollection.com.

 
2. Definitions

·       “Product” means any items purchased from Nafan Collection official online store.

·       “Original Condition” means the Product remains unworn, unused, with all the original tags and packaging, labels and any promotional items, in a resalable condition.

·       “Return Period” means period for customer to request refund/return within a period specified below to satisfy eligible criteria under this Policy.

 
3. Return & Exchange Period

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Please include a photo of the item when submitting your request.
  • Must have all the original tags, labels, packaging, accessories (if any) and must not have worn, used, washed or altered.
  • Our return and exchange policy applies only to Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, only returns and refunds are permitted.


4. Return of Goods

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item is returned to our outlet or warehouse.
  • Products meet the “Original Condition” criteria.


5. Proof of Purchase

  • Please provide your original receipt and order confirmation when making a return.
  • If you no longer have your receipt, please contact our Customer Service to get a copy.


6. Item Condition

  • Products meet the “Original Condition” criteria.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Items can be exchanged for another item of the same value or higher value (with the customer paying the price difference).
  • No cash refund will be given if the exchange item is of lower value than the original purchase.
  • Exchange value is based on the current selling price of the product at the time of exchange, not the original purchase price.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability of the replacement Product.


8. Defective Items

  • If your item is defective, kindly send us clear photos and a short description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
  • We can offer the customer a replacement of the same product. If the product is no longer available, we can issue a refund for the purchase.


9. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made through your original payment method or another approved option.
  • Cash refunds via online bank transfer.
  • Upon acceptance of the return Product at our facility and passes inspection, the refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and the Customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.


10. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Undergarments, innerwear, swimwear, or bodywear
  • Facemasks
  • Socks

We reserve the right to refuse any return that fails to meet the eligibility criteria or the Product appears to have been worn or used or in a condition that is inconsistent with a resalable state.


11. Postage Cost

  • Postage fees are non-refundable, except in these cases:
    • Defective item
    • Wrong item received
    • Wrong size received
    • Item out of stock

·       In special cases, postage may be covered upon approval.


12.  Limitation of Liability

·       Nafan Collection are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use, misuse or inability to use our Product.

·       Nafan Collection reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases.

·       Nafan Collection do not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised repairs or alterations.
