Nafan Collection offers fast dispatch and delivery worldwide via a range of the world's best and most trusted carriers. There are 2 Shipping Options to ensure you get your items when you want them including:
- Standard Shipping via standard courier.
- Express Shipping via DHL Express.
Delivery estimates provided in the checkout flow are NOT guaranteed. Once your order is placed it will need to pass our internal fraud, and stock checks.
Once we have completed these internal checks you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email denoting that your order has been passed to our warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare for dispatch.
Once your items are prepared for dispatch you will receive a "Order is On The Way" email including a link to enable you to track your order from us to your front door via our trusted carriers.
Please allow 12-24 hours for the delivery tracking information to be updated by the carrier once your item(s) are collected from our warehouse and received into the main sorting hub.
